The rubber lining is the outer cover that comes into contact with the load or process material. This part takes the most wear and tear with the intention of protecting the roller core and the surface of the load.
ANILOX ROLLERS
The Anilox Roller is often referred to as the heart of the flexographic press. It is designed to deliver a precise and consistent amount of ink to the printing plate. ARC focuses on giving its customer a precise and durable roller.

SILICON ROLLERS & WHEELS
SILICON ROLLERS ARE ALSO USED IN HOTMELT COATING (HOTMELT IS ONE TYPE OF WAX COATING). Hot melt compounds are generally applied by processing tufted carpet over two applicator rollers.
DAMPING ROLLERS
The final set of dampening rollers are the form rollers, of which most presses contain two. These rollers contact the plate before the inking form rollers and desensitize the non-image areas of the plate before the application of ink.

Cold Feed Rubber Extrusion Machine
By eliminating the warm up mill before feeding a cold feed extruder helps in economic sense as well as reduces the heat cycle for rubber compounds.

Rubber Extruder
Rubber extrusions are parts that are run through an extruder or extrusion machine and forced through a die to manufacture the necessary cross section (or extruded rubber shape), such as squares, cord shapes, and hollow sections. Cross and hollow sections add compression for sealing

Mixing Mill
Mixing mills (also rolling mills) are used for the manufacture of rubber compounds. A rubber base material is mixed with several additives, such as fillers, softeners, processing aids and colourants here. The two rolls of the rolling mill rotate in the opposite direction
